By accessing or using Promptify-AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Promptify-AI provides a platform for generating AI prompts. We offer a credit-based system where users can purchase credits that can be used at any time without expiration. Each prompt generation consumes a specific number of credits from your balance.

3. User Accounts

We use secure OAuth authentication through trusted providers (Google, GitHub, and Facebook) for account access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your OAuth credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to share your account with any third party.

4. Credits and Payments

Credits can be purchased in various packages. These credits do not expire and can be used at any time. Payments are one-time transactions, not recurring subscriptions. Refunds may be issued at our discretion and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Promptify-AI. Our service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Promptify-AI.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Any remaining credits will be forfeited upon account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Promptify-AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
